<br />APPROVED <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, August 23,1995 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Planning Commission meeting of August 23, 1995, was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by <br />Chairman Lutz. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> <br />1. ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Commissioners Debra Barker, Jack Dove, Jack Hovingh, Bob <br />Wright and Chairman Harry Lutz <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioner Hal McGuirk <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Brian Swift, Director of Planning; Marion Pavan, Associate <br />Planner; Dennis Beougher, Assistant City Attorney; Roger <br />Higdon, Assistant Director of Public Works; and Terri <br />Czapinski, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The Minutes of the August 9, 1995, meeting were accepted as written with the following <br />modifications: <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh noted the following corrections: <br /> <br />Change Chairman Lutz to Vice-Chairman Barker as calling to order and adjourning <br />the meeting. <br /> <br />Page 18, 6th paragraph: add: ..the layout of the lots [on the 1.01 acre parcel] and <br />suggested.. . <br /> <br />3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY <br />ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />There were none. <br />
