He further noted that the staff report <br />provides some background on issues which were the most widely discussed at the Sub- <br />committee and Assembly meetings. These are not the staff or Steering Committee lists. He <br />further noted that the Steering Committee has resolved all of its issues related to the General <br />Plan recommendations. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh inquired if the Steering Committee considered smaller parcels <br />(2500 - 5000 sq ft) for smaller houses.
