<br />Commissioner Wright again noted that the residents of 2638 Calle Alegre again have even <br />more unlicensed, unregistered cars in the driveway and parked on the street. <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuirk noted that the Goldcreek area is overrun with weeds. <br /> <br />Commissioner Barker noted that medians are being put in along Vineyard and believes that <br />landscaping has been promised. Mr. Swift stated that the developer gave the City funds to <br />landscape the medians. The timing of this project was unknown. <br /> <br />S. MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br /> <br />Sa. Administrator <br />Commissioner Wright clarified with staff that a case approving three antennae were located <br />on a building in Hacienda. <br /> <br />8d. Information Rel!ardinl! Formation of an Affordable Housinl! Advisorv <br />Commission and Reorl!anization of the Housinl! Authoritv Board of <br />Commissioners <br />Commissioners Barker and McGuirk felt the Planning Commission seat should be given to a <br />person at large. Chairman Lutz is supportive of the fact that there is no need for <br />interlocking commissions. Commissioner Wright feels the Housing Authority Board of <br />Commissioners should have a Planning Commission representative rather than Human <br />Services Commission representative. Commissioner Hovingh feels the representative should <br />be of an advisor capacity with no voting rights. Commissioner Dove feels that there should <br />be a Planning representative on both the Housing and Human Services Commissions. <br /> <br />Commissioner Barker motioned, seconded by Commissioner Hovingh, that the Planning <br />Commission recommends the Affordable Housing Advisory Commission consist of six at- <br />large members and one representative from the Human Services Commission. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Barker, Hovingh, McGuirk, Wright and Chairman Lutz <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />The motion carried. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Minutes <br /> <br />Page 12 <br /> <br />July 12, 1995 <br />
