<br />5. MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />6. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />a. Z-95-91. Citv of Pleasanton <br />Application for design review approval for a new 2,800 square foot administration <br />building within the Pleasanton Tennis and Community Park located at 5801 Valley <br />Avenue. Zoning for the property is A (Agriculture). <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson presented the staff report for the design review of the 2,600 square foot <br />administration building in Phase II of the Pleasanton Tennis and Community Park, <br />recommending approval of Case Z-95-91, subject to the conditions of approval. The final <br />building design scheme selected consists of a private office area, three work stations, and a <br />1,000 square foot multipurpose area. <br /> <br />In response to Commissioner Wright, Ms. Bengtson noted on the color rendering that the <br />parking lot was in front of the administration building. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh noted that Condition 12 references "all dwelling units in the <br />development" and should be rewritten. Mr. Iserson clarified it should be revised to state <br />"The structure shall..." <br /> <br />Ms. Bengtson advised Commissioner Barker that the existing sand volley ball courts will stay <br />where they are. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED <br /> <br />There was no public comment. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Hovingh, seconded by Commissioner Wright, <br />approving Case Z-95-91, subject to the conditions of approval listed in Exhibit B, with <br />the following modification: <br /> <br />Condition 12: The structure shall be constructed to meet Title 24 state energy <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Minutes <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />June 28, 1995 <br />
