<br />Chairman Wright advised he will approve of the rear sign if it is painted, not illuminated. <br />He agrees with all other conditions. <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuirk feels the sign will add a little character to the wall. He is <br />ambivalent whether it is painted or illuminated. <br /> <br />Commissioners Barker, Lutz, and Dove also would agree to a painted third sign. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson suggested the Chevys' sign be installed but kept non-illuminated instead of being <br />painted on the building wall; no ground lighting, as well. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Barker, seconded by Commissioner McGuirk, <br />recommending approval of Case PUD-85-8-4D-2M to the City Council, subject to the <br />conditions of approval listed in Exhibit B, with the following modifications: <br /> <br />Condition 4: a non-illuminated sign may be installed on the north elevation. <br />Condition 6: both parking and traffic studies will be done if a restaurant is <br />included in the future building. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Hovingh, Lutz, McGuirk, Barker and Chairman Wright <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-9S-25 was entered approving Case PUD 8S-8-4D-2M, as motioned, to <br />the City Council. <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuirk further commented that staff should go and look at the described <br />visibility problem of the median on Owens. <br /> <br />!;", Z-95-12. Zoning for the property is C-C <br />(Central Commercial), Downtown Revitalization/Core Area Overlay District. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson presented the staff report on the application for a design review approval to <br />construct a commercial building at 780 Main Street.
