ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Commissioners Jack Dove, Jack Hovingh, Harry Lutz, Hal <br />McGuirk, Debra Barker, and Chairman Bob Wright <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Brian Swift, Director of Planning; Jerry Iserson, Principal <br />Planner; Dennis Beougher, Assistant City Attorney; Roger <br />Higdon, Assistant Director of Public Works; and Terri <br />Czapinski, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The minutes of the April 12, 1995, meeting were accepted with the following revisions: <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh requested the following modifications: <br /> <br />Page 6, 3rd para. Commissioner Hovingh asked if air quality readings were taken in <br />Pleasanton, and why Pleasanton's readings were not reported. <br /> <br />Page 7, 1st para. add after first sentence: He also feels that no project on the SFWD <br />property does not necessarily mean there will be no environmental impact. He asked if the <br />environmental impact to the Central Valley will be addressed if no project is developed on <br />the SFWD property. The addition of homes in the Central Valley will take up prime <br />agricultural land, will increase the load on the infrastructure, and will contribute to decreased <br />air quality. <br />
