MA TIERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuirk noted that the water tower on Foothill at Stoneridge has slippage <br />occurring in the soil. He asked if the City Engineering staff had looked at the situation. He <br />also asked if the process of the General Plan has moved forward at all. <br /> <br />Commissioner Lutz inquired of staff regarding some of the discussion at the City Council <br />meeting the previous evening. Mr. Swift provided an overview of the development of the <br />Golden Eagle Farm project, advising that because the water and sewer lines were not in, the <br />City tried to allow people to continue building while the remainder of the infrastructure was <br />being completed.
