<br />In response to Commissioner Barker, Mr. Higdon advised that within the next two to three <br />years, all construction plans will be converted to the metric system. <br /> <br />Commissioner Lutz clarified that Section 17.16.100 was modified to include the language <br />" ... as determined by the City Attorney.
