<br />So. MA TIERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />L PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />L UP-95-04. Anthonv Schools of Northern California <br />Application for a conditional use pennit to operate a private training school for real <br />estate agents and appraisers, private contractors, and insurance agents in an existing <br />building located at 5960 Stoneridge Drive. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) - Industrial/Commercial-Office District. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report on an application for a conditional use permit to operate <br />a real estate school at 5960 Stoneridge Drive. The school will operate the school in the <br />evenings and some weekend time. Staff visited the site and found there is an abundance of <br />unused parking spaces available. Staff is recommending approval, subject to the attached <br />conditions of approval in Exhibit B. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED <br /> <br />Greg Yong, 460 Hegenberger Road, Suite 660, Oakland, CA 94621, stated he has read and <br />agrees with the staff report and conditions of approval. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Hovingh, seconded by Commissioner Lutz, <br />making the three Conditional User Permit f'mdings as listed in the staff report and <br />approving Case UP-95-04 subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit B. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Hovingh, Lutz, McGuirk, Barker and Chairman Wright <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-95-09 was entered approving Case UP-95-4, as motioned. <br /> <br />h.
