OFFICE CREATED: The office of Administrative <br />Officer of the City of Pleasanton is hereby created and establishe <br />The Administrative Officer shall be appointed by the City Council <br />wholly on the basis of his administrative and executive ability <br />and qualifications and shall hold office for and during the <br />pleasure of the City Council. <br /> <br /> Section 2. RESIDENCE: Residence in tile City of Pleasanton <br /> <br />at the time of appointment of an Administrative Officer shall not <br />be required as a condition of the appointment, but within one <br />hundred eighty (180) days thereafter the City Administrative <br />Officer must become s resident of the City of Pleasanton, or the <br />City Council shall declare the office of the City Administrative <br />Officer to be vacant. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
