Resolution No. 05-011 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1:The City Manager is authorized to sign a letter of intent concerning the City of <br /> Pleasanton's funding up to $58,000 for a Tri-Valley Traffic Study, and to sign a <br /> funding agreement not to exceed $58,000 for the Study. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council allocates an additional $17,000 to be applied to fund this study <br /> should additional funds be necessary to complete the study. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 15, 2005 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brozosky, McGovern, Sullivan, and Mayor Hosterman <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ~aWn G.
