<br />Resolution No. PC-2004-67 <br />Page Four <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />Recommends approval of Case PUD-40, the application ofR. J.
