<br />22. The applicant shall design a drainage system that directly ties into an approved storm <br />drain system. The applicant shall provide the design of this storm drain connection on <br />the final grading and storm drainage plan for review and approval by the Chief Building <br />Official, Planning Director, and City Engineer prior to the issuance of a building permit <br />for this project. <br /> <br />23. The final grading plan shall include information on pad and finished floor elevations, <br />proposed and existing contours, and top and bottom spot elevations along retaining walls <br />and exterior walls of the structures. <br /> <br />24. The applicant shall include erosion control measures on the final grading plan. The <br />applicant is responsible for ensuring that the contractor is aware of such measures. All <br />cut and fill slopes shall be revegetated and/or stabilized as soon as possible after <br />completion of grading, or by October 15, whichever occurs first. No grading shall occur <br />between October 15 and April 15 unless approved erosion control measures are in place <br />to the satisfaction of the Building Department. Such measures shall be maintained by the <br />owner until such time as permanent landscaping is established. <br /> <br />Fire and Police <br /> <br />25. The home shall be constructed with Class A fire retardant roofing material to the <br />satisfaction of the Fire Marshall. <br /> <br />26. The house shall the meet the fire and security requirements in Chapters 20.24 and 20.36 <br />of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br />27. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to final inspection. <br /> <br />28. The applicants shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly visible from <br />the adjoining streets during both daylight and night time hours. <br /> <br />Construction Activities <br /> <br />29. All initial site improvements and house construction activities shall be limited to the <br />hours of8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All construction equipment <br />must meet Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and shall be equipped <br />with muffling devices. <br /> <br />30. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br />sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the <br />site at the end of each workday. <br /> <br />31. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from existing <br />residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />'" - <br />
