Resolution No. PC-2004-59 Page Three 6. The proposed development plan conforms to the purposes of the PUD District. The proposed PUD development plan sets forth the parameters for this development in a manner consistent with the North Sycamore Specific Plan, and, through the conditioning of the subject PUD development plan, the proposed project will substantially conform to the requirements of the Specific Plan. Therefore, this finding can be made. 7. For the reasons articulated above, the proposed rezoning is consistent with the objectives of the Zoning Ordinance set forth in Pleasanton Municipal Code Section 18.04.010. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Section 2. Recommends approval of Case PUD-41, the application of Paul Pflug for PUD development plan approval to construct a 1,229-square-foot, second-story addition, to remodel an existing one-story, 2,133-square-foot single-family home, and to create site development standards for the lot located at 582 Sycamore Road in the North Sycamore Specific Plan area, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
