WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that this project is consistent with the existing General Plan, including General Plan traffic policies, because given this use is not the kind of "major development" that triggers a requirement to mitigate all intersections that have the potential to exceed Level-of-Service D. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Section 2. Recommends approval of Case PCUP-86/PUD-81-25-6M, the application of Fairland Investment, Inc. for conditional use permit approval of a self-service gasoline station on an approximately 1.25-acre site located at 3121 Bernal Avenue and 3581 Utah Street consisting of eight fuel dispensers, a drive-through carwash, a 3,600-square-foot convenience market, and a modification to the Stanley Business Park PUD development plan to allow alcoholic beverage sales from the convenience market, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit C for the conditional use permit and in Exhibit D for the PUD modification, both of which are attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
