<br />Resolution No. PC-2004-56 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for <br />Case PDR-289/PCUP-086/PUD-81-25-6M, the application of Fairland <br />Investment, Inc. for conditional use permit approval of a self-service gasoline <br />station on an approximately 1.25-acre site located at 3121 Bernal Avenue and <br />3581 Utah Street consisting of eight fuel dispensers, a drive-through carwash, a <br />3,600-square-foot convenience market, and a modification to the Stanley Business <br />Park PUD development plan to allow alcoholic beverage sales from the <br />convenience market. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 22ND DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2004 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSTAIN: <br />ABSENT: <br />RECUSED: <br /> <br />Commissioners Arkin, Fox, Maas, and Roberts. <br />Commissioner Sullivan. <br />None. <br />Commissioner Kameny. <br />None. <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> <br />~IIJ/J C,Uk#lAA< - <br /> <br />~ G.
