residing in said territory the question whether or not such <br /> <br />territory shall be annexed to, incorporated in, and made a <br /> <br />part of said City of Pleasanton, and whether or not the <br /> <br />property in said territory shall, after such annexation, be <br /> <br />subject to taxation, equally with the property within the <br /> <br />City of Pleasanton, to pay the entire bonded indebtedness of <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton outstanding or authorized at the date <br /> <br />of the filing of the petition for annexation, for the acquisitiox, <br /> <br />construction or completion of municipal improvements. <br /> <br /> Said territory is described as follows: <br /> <br /> REAL PROPERTY in the Town- <br /> ship of Pleasan,ton, County of Ala- <br /> meda, State of California, described <br /> as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of <br /> the northern line of Vineyard Av- <br /> enue or County Road No. 2065, with <br /> the direct extension northerly of <br /> the western line of Block "B", as <br /> said block is shown on the map of <br /> "Tract 793 Pleasanton Township <br /> Alameda Co. California", filed Feb- <br /> ruary 3, 1947, in book 18 of Maps, <br /> at page 104, in the office of the <br /> County Recorder of Alameda Coun- <br /> ty, said point being on the exist- <br /> ing boundary line of the City of <br /> Pleasanton; and running thence <br /> along said extended line and along <br /> the western line of said Block "B", <br /> being also the existing eastern <br /> boundary line of the City of Pleas- <br /> anton south 1° 56# west 800 feet to <br /> the southern line of said Block "B"; <br /> thence along the last named line, <br /> along the direct extension easterly <br /> thereof, and along the southern <br /> line of Block "A", as shown on <br /> said map south 88° 04' east 417.76 <br /> feet to the eastern line of said <br /> Block "A"; thence along the last <br /> named line and along the direct ex- <br /> tension northerly thereof north 1' <br /> 56' east 800 feet to said northern <br /> line of Vineyard Avenue; thence <br /> westerly along said northerly line <br /> of Vineyard Avenue and along the <br /> boundary line of the City of Pleas- <br /> anlton, north 88° 04' west 417.76 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> Commonly known as Adams <br /> Court. <br /> <br /> 2. The polls at said election shall be opened at <br /> <br />7:00 o:ctock A. M. of the day herein fixed for the holding of <br /> <br />said election and shall be kept open until 7:00 otclock P. M. <br /> <br />of the same day, when the polls shall be closed. <br /> <br /> 3.
