<br />V. Landscape Design <br /> <br />A. All homes to be landscaped within one year from occupancy. <br /> <br />B. The landscape plan shall compliment the existing landscaping in the area. <br />Drought tolerant plants shall be featured in the landscape plan. <br /> <br />C. All irrigation shall be fully automatic and shall be water conserving. <br /> <br />D. All perimeter and interior fences are to be wrought iron of a consistent design. No <br />solid wood fencing would be allowed. Fencing will be installed by the developer <br />upon completion of each individual home, except for perimeter fencing along the <br />property line shared with Foxbrough Lots 1 through 5 and Vintage Heights II Lots <br />41 and 42, which shall be installed in conjunction with slope grading and <br />landscaping required in Condition No.7 of Ordinance 1547 for PUD-91-14. The <br />location of fencing within each lot shall be subject to review and approval by the <br />development's Architectural Review Board and then by the Zoning Administrator <br />in conjunction with the review of the house design for the lot. <br /> <br />VI. Accessory Structures <br /> <br />A. The design, placement and standards for all accessory structures including fencing <br />shall be governed by the accessory structure standards for the R-1-20,000 zoning <br />district unless modified by these guidelines. <br /> <br />B. The minimum side and rear yard standards for all accessory structures over 36- <br />inches in height shall be five-feet. <br /> <br />VII. Grading and Drainage <br /> <br />Per the final grading plan for Tract 5904 and shall not be changed without City of <br />Pleasanton approval. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br />3 <br />
