<br />62. The perimeter of all building foundations shall be designed with subdrains. Said drains <br />shall be connected to the street gutter or other means acceptable to the City Engineer. <br />This detail shall be shown on the building permit plans to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer before issuance of the building permit. <br /> <br />63. Unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer, there shall be no direct roofleaders <br />connected to the street gutter or storm drain system. <br /> <br />64. All existing drainage swales that are filled shall have subdrains installed unless otherwise <br />recommended by the Developer's soils engineer and approved by the City Engineer. All <br />subdrains shall have a cleanout installed at the beginning of the pipe. The bottom of the <br />pipe shall terminate in a storm drain or other storm drain outfall" subject to the approval <br />of the City Engineer. The applicant's engineer shall submit a final subdrain location map <br />to the City Engineer prior to acceptance of the Public Improvements. It shall be the <br />responsibility of the homeowner to relocate the subdrain, if during excavation of a pool <br />or other subsurface structure a subdrain is encountered. A covenant providing notice of <br />this requirement shall be approved by the City Attorney and City Engineer and be <br />recorded concurrently with the final map. <br /> <br />65. The project developer shall provide additional soils analysis in conjunction with the <br />review of the final grading plan and improvement plans to verify slope bank designs, <br />retaining wall designs, drainage designs, etc., as determined to be required by the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />66. All retaining walls along the street shall be placed behind the Public Service Easement, <br />except as noted otherwise. This detail shall be shown on the final improvement plans to <br />the satisfaction of the City Engineer before City approval of the final subdivision map. <br /> <br />67. The overhead utilities serving the existing home shall be placed underground as part of <br />the subdivision improvements. The project developer shall convert the home from the <br />overhead to the underground service. <br /> <br />Urban Stormwater Runoff Requirements: <br /> <br />68. All bulk construction materials stored outdoors that may contribute to the pollution of <br />storm water runoff shall be covered as deemed appropriate by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />69. The project developer shall label all public-street storm drain inlets with the wording, <br />"No Dumping - Drains to Bay" using City-approved methods and materials. <br /> <br />70. Prior to the commencement of any clearing, grading, or excavation, the project developer <br />shall submit a copy of the State Water Resources Control Board Notice ofIntent (N0l) <br />for coverage under the State Construction Storm Water General Permit. <br /> <br />8 <br />
