The proposed tree species for the tree grove to the north of the building shall be <br />submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval prior to issuance of a building <br />permit. <br /> <br />35. The project developer shall provide root control barriers and four inch perforated pipes <br />for parking lot trees and trees in planting areas less than 10-feet in width, as determined <br />necessary by the Planning Director at the time of review of the final landscape plans. <br /> <br />36. Prior to occupancy, the landscape architect shall certify in writing to the Planning <br />Director that the landscaping has been installed in accordance with the approved <br />landscape and irrigation plans with respect to size, number, and species of plants and <br />overall design concept. <br /> <br />37. The project developer shall adjust the sprinkler heads to redirect the water away from any <br />monument sign while ensuring complete irrigation coverage of the landscaping around <br />the sign. <br /> <br />Building Permit Review: <br /> <br />38. All building and/or structural plans must comply with all codes and ordinances in effect <br />before the Building Department will issue permits. <br /> <br />39. A sanitary sewer-sampling manhole shall be provided on each of the sanitary sewer <br />lateral from each building, unless otherwise waived by the Director of Building <br />Inspection. <br /> <br />40. Building and situs plans are to be submitted to the Building Department on computer disk <br />in a format approved by the Director. Digitized information shall be submitted before <br />requesting a final inspection and should reflect as-built situs and architectural information <br />as approved by the Director. <br /> <br />Construction Requirements: <br /> <br />41. All site improvements and construction activities shall be limited to the hours of8:00 <br />a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
