<br />7. This approval does not include approval of any signage for the indoor volleyball <br />training facility. If signs on the building are desired, the building owners shall submit <br />a master program including signs for all tenants in the same building to the Planning <br />Department for review and approval. <br /> <br />8. If noise generated from the indoor volleyball practice becomes a concern based on <br />complaints to the Planning Department, the applicant shall install interior soundproof <br />measures, such as adding pads to the walls and providing netting along walls, to <br />reduce the sound level. The proposed soundproof mitigation measures are subject to <br />the approval by the Planning Director. <br /> <br />9. If additional HV AC units are to be added to the existing building, the applicant shall <br />obtain City approval prior to installation. <br /> <br />10. The applicant shall submit tenant improvement plans of the training facility to the <br />Building Department and shall obtain a building permit as may be required. No <br />changes to the exterior of the building shall be made without prior approval from the <br />Planning Department. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
