<br />Exhibit B <br />Conditions of Approval <br /> <br />PCUP-I04, Noel Remigio <br />500 Boulder Court <br />January 28, 2004 <br /> <br />I. The location and operation of the proposed use shall conform substantially to <br />Exhibit "A" (the site plan, floor plans, and details of operation), dated "Received, <br />December 12,2003," on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by the <br />following conditions of approval. Minor changes to the approved operation and <br />schedule may be approved by the Planning Director if found to be in substantial <br />compliance with the proposal. <br /> <br />2. The operation of the indoor volleyball training facility shall generally adhere to the <br />following schedule: <br />Sept. I - June 15: Mon. - Fri.: 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.(school days) <br />Sat. - Sun.: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. <br />June 16 - Aug. 31: Mon.-Fri.: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.(non-school days) <br />Sat. - Sun.: 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. <br /> <br />3. If additional hours and activities beyond what was stated in the applicant's statement <br />of operation, dated "Received December 12, 2003," on file in the Planning <br />Department, are desired, prior City review and approval is required. Such <br />modification may be approved by the Planning Director if found to be in substantial <br />conformance with he approval. The Planning Director may also refer the matter to <br />the Planning Commission if the proposed changes would be significant. <br /> <br />4. The facility operator shall notify facility users and visitors to park only on the subject <br />lot by providing them with a flyer and site map indicating the boundaries of the site <br />and specifying the parking spaces which can be used by facility users. The flyer shall <br />include language that no vehicles shall block any driveways. A copy of the <br />notification shall be provided to all facility users and the Planning Department within <br />thirty (30) days from the date of this approval. <br /> <br />5. The proposed facility is restricted for training purposes. At no time shall any <br />competition or exhibit games be held at the subject location. <br /> <br />6. If operations of this use permit results in conflicts pertaining to parking, interior <br />noise, traffic/circulation, or other factors, at the discretion of the Planning Director, <br />this conditional use permit may be submitted to the Planning Commission for its <br />subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the Planning Commission may <br />modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts or may revoke the said <br />conditional use permit approval. <br />
