HEARINGS AND NOTICES Hearing shall be <br />held and notice shall be given pursuant to Chapters 3 and 4 of <br />Title Insurance Governanent Code of the State of California, and <br />shall include at least one publication in a newspaper of <br />general circulation published within the City at least ten (10) <br />days prior to such hearing; and at least one posting in a <br />prominent place within the area or within 500 feet of the <br />property affected. at least ten (10) days prior to such hearing. <br /> <br /> Section 14. DEPOSIT AND FEES: Persons desiring use <br />permits or variance permits or building permits contrary to <br />the laws and ordinances of the City of Pleasanton shall file a <br />written application with the Planning Commission.
