<br />56. There shall be no truck deliveries, parking lot sweeping, outside maintenance, or <br />garbage pick-up between the hours of 10:00 p.m. aod 6:00 a.m. <br /> <br />57. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as <br />living or sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be <br />removed from the site at the end of each workday. <br /> <br />58. A no time shall balloons, banners, pennants, or other attention-getting devices be <br />utilized on the site except as allowed by Sections 18.96.060 and 18.116.040 of the <br />Zoning Ordinance for grand openings and temporary events. <br /> <br />59. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />60. If archeological materials are uncovered during grading, trenching, or other on- <br />site excavation, all work on site shall be stopped and the City immediately <br />notified. The county coroner and the Native American Heritage Commission <br />shall also be notified and procedures followed as required in Appendix K of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act. A similar note shall appear on the <br />improvement plans. <br /> <br />61. The applicant shall maintain the area surrounding the project in a clean and <br />orderly manner at all times. <br /> <br />62. Only modular newspaper dispensers accommodating more than one newspaper <br />shall be approved by the Planning Director. Dispensers within the public right-of- <br />way shall require an encroachment permit by the Engineering Department. <br /> <br />BUILDING <br /> <br />63. Unless waived by the Chief Building Official, the applicant shall receive a <br />demolition permit from the Building and Safety Division prior to demolishing any <br />existing structures on site. <br /> <br />64. The project developer shall obtain all building and other applicable City permits <br />for the project prior to the commencement of construction. <br /> <br />65. The project developer shall submit a waste management plan to the Building and <br />Safety Division prior to issuance of building or demolition permits. The plan <br />shall include the estimated composition and quantities of waste to be generated <br />and how the project developer intends to recycle at least 50% (fifty percent) of the <br />total job site construction and demolition waste measured by weight or volume. <br />Proof of compliance shall be provided to the Chief Building Official prior to the <br />issuance of a final building permit. During demolition and construction, the <br />project developer shall mark all trash disposal bins "trash materials only" and all <br />recycling bins "recycling materials only".
