In response to an inquiry by Commissioner Sullivan regarding along-term financial plan for the <br />City, Mr. Rasmussen confirmed that staff planned to conduct a fiscal analysis of the General <br />Plan that would ensure that the City would remain fiscally sustainable. <br />No action was taken by the Commission. <br />d. PDR-402, Citv of Pleasanton <br />Application for design review approval to renovate the existing Pleasanton Veterans <br />Memorial Building located at 301 Main Street. Zoning for the property is "O" (Office) <br />District and Downtown Revitalization Overlay District. <br />This item was continued indefinitely. <br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Commissioner Sullivan noted that this would probably be his last Planning Commission meeting <br />before becoming a Councilmember and thanked his fellow Commissioners. He noted that he had <br />enjoyed the past six years and believed that differences of opinion were essential in the public <br />process. He thanked staff for its valuable assistance and guidance. He noted that the <br />Commission had been involved in some very valuable projects and added that he would miss the <br />Commissioners. <br />_ Chairperson Roberts thanked Commissioner Sullivan for his service on the Commission. <br />Commissioner Maas thanked Commissioner Sullivan for his work over the past six years, and <br />wished him well. <br />Mr. Rasmussen advised this would be his last Commission meeting as well. <br />8. MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW/ACTION <br />a. Future Planning Calendar <br />Mr. Pavan advised that staff was considering scheduling the Joint City Council/Planning <br />Commission EIR Scoping Session for the Kottinger Hills project in late January 2005. <br />b. Actions of the City Council <br />There were none. <br />c.
