PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />APPROVED <br />Wednesday, November 10, 2004 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of November 10, 2004, was called to order at 7:03 p.m. by <br />Chairperson Roberts. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Marion Pavan, Associate Planner; Lynn Tracy Nerland, Assistant <br />City Attorney; Wayne Rasmussen, Principal Planner; and Cory <br />Emberson, Recording Secretary. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Brian Arkin, Philip Blank, Anne Fox, Trish Maas, <br />Mary Roberts, and Matt Sullivan. <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />Chairperson Roberts welcomed Commissioner Blank to the Planning Commission. <br />Chairperson Roberts noted that this maybe Commissioner Sullivan's last meeting before he <br />takes his place on the City Council. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. October 27, 2004. <br />Chairperson Roberts advised that the fifth sentence of paragraph 4 on page 11 should be changed <br />to read as follows: "The committee of three Alameda County Commissioners decided that it <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES, November 10, 2004 <br />Yage 1 oT 1S <br />
