PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />Wednesday, October 13, 2004 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />APPROVED <br />The Planning Commission meeting of October 13, 2004, was called to order at 7:02 p.m. <br />by Chairperson Roberts. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Heidi Kline, Senior Planner; Lynn Tracy Nerland, Assistant <br />City Attorney; and Cory Emberson, Recording Secretary. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Brian Arkin, Anne Fox, Harvey Kameny, <br />Trish Maas, Mary Roberts, Matt Sullivan. <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. September 22, 2004. <br />Commissioner Sullivan advised that the first sentence of the third paragraph from the <br />bottom on page 2 should be changed to read as follows: "Commissioner Sullivan <br />understood that they had requested a General Plan Amendment to shifr units to ~ the <br />Spotorno Fflat Area." <br />Commissioner Kameny thanked Chairperson Roberts for entering the text of his email to <br />clarify the record. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES, October 13, 2004 Page 1 of 15 <br />
