Chairperson Roberts advised that Condition No. 33 dealt with that issue, and language could be added to prohibit construction pazking in the public right-of--way. Mr. Grubstick advised that any use of the public right of way would require an encroachment permit, and a traffic control plan may be requested if there would be any blockage of the street. He encouraged the residents to call the City if there were any violations. In response to an inquiry by Commissioner Arkin, Mr. Shutts advised that construction should take slightly less than a year. THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED. Commissioner Arkin moved to make the PUD development plan findings as stated _ in the staff report and to recommend approval of PUD-41 as conditioned in the staff report, with the modification that Condition No. 26 be deleted.
