ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner; Lynn Tracy Nerland, Assistant <br />City Attorney; Phil Grubstick, City Engineer; Jeff Knowles, City <br />Traffic Engineer; and Cory Emberson, Recording Secretary. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Anne Fox, Trish Maas, Mary Roberts, and Matt <br />Sullivan. <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioners Brian Arkin and Harvey Kameny. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. August 25, 2004. <br />Commissioner Fox advised that page 6, paragraph 5, should be changed to read: "Commissioner <br />Fox suggested that language be added to require the conveyance of the units to take place within <br />a certain amount of time after the approval of axes the request has been processed reEerved. <br />The minutes were approved as corrected. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES September 8, 2004 Page 1 of 14 <br />
