8. MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW/ACTION <br />a. Future Planning Calendar <br />Chairperson Roberts suggested that the November and December meetings be scheduled <br />sooner. Mr. Iserson advised that he would put that item on an agenda for discussion. <br />b. Actions of the City Council <br />There were none. <br />c. Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br />There were none. <br />9. COMMUNICATIONS <br />Chairperson Roberts noted that the Alameda County Planning Commission public <br />hearing on the asphalt batch plant would be held on Thursday, September 2, 2004, at <br />7:00 p.m. in the Pleasanton Council Chambers. <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br />~' John Lee noted that his family recently purchased the property at 3283 Bernal Avenue in <br />Stanley Business Park and wished to meet the Planning Commissioners. He noted that <br />they planned to develop the property in the future. <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br />Ms. Nerland advised that she had received an inquiry with respect to the distribution list <br />for the Pleasanton Municipal Code. She noted that the Planning Commissioners, but not <br />the City Councilmembers, had a hard copy of the Municipal Code. She inquired whether <br />any of the Commissioners wished to return their copies if they do not want them. She <br />urged the Commissioners to update their copy and noted that it was also available online. <br />Chairperson Roberts noted that the Planning staff reports were not available online, <br />although the City Council staff reports were available online. She inquired whether they <br />would be made available online. Mr. Iserson advised that while it would be difficult for <br />the plans to be available online, the staff reports could be uploaded to the website. <br />10.
