ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Swift, Planning Director; Lynn Tracy Nerland, Assistant <br />City Attorney; Heidi Jo Kline, Senior Planner; Mike Fulford, City <br />Landscape Architect; and Terry Snyder, Recording Secretary. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Brian Arkin, Anne Fox, Harvey Kameny, Trish <br />Maas, Mary Roberts, Commissioner Sullivan. <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. July 28, 2004. <br />Ms. Nerland explained that due to confusion on the recorded vote for the Asphalt Batch Project, <br />the recorded roll call vote for motions in all future Commission meetings will be one of the <br />following: Yes, No, Absent, Abstain (counted to quorum, but chooses not to vote) or Recused <br />(due to conflict of interest). <br />Ms. Nerland presented an e-mail from Debbie Donald, 4420 First Street, regarding the statement <br />made by Commissioner Arkin on the fourth full paragraph on page 17. <br />Commissioner Fox stated that the minutes were accurate. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES August 11, 2004 Page 1 of I1 <br />
