APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. June 23, 2004. <br />Chairperson Roberts advised that a sentence be added at the end of paragraph 2 on page 4 <br />to indicate that Mr. Swift supplied further information in explaining the nexus between <br />affordable housing fees and building units. <br />The minutes were approved as corrected. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES July 14, 2004 Page 1 of 25 <br />
