Commissioner Fox advised that the first sentence of pazagraph 5 on page 9 should be <br />changed to read as follows: "Commissioner Fox inquired whether the placement of an <br />entry sign on Stanley Boulevard in East Pleasanton means that the Central Storage <br />`Welcome to Pleasanton' sign at the corner of Valley Avenue and Stanley Boulevard <br />could be taken down or revisited ~~'~° "''"'° °'' F~^•~'t'°r'°«4..^1 <br />Commissioner Fox advised that the second pazagraph from the bottom on page 13 should <br />be changed to read as follows: "Commissioner Fox wanted to know whether new trees <br />would be replanted in the buffer zone as part of the dead tree removal being conducted <br />by the Parks Department '.''_a-__°-'°°°'''°''°°''°"';''°2''°'°''~°''°°°'° <br />Chairperson Roberts invited comments from the public. <br />Ms. Nerland noted that it was not usually the Commission's process to take revisions to <br />the minutes from the public. <br />Commissioner Arkin noted that it had been done before. <br />Ms. Nerland advised that it was up to the Commission to revise the minutes and that <br />comments from the public may be taken at this time as general public comment. <br />Vanessa Kawaihu, 871 Sycamore Road, noted that with respect to her comments on <br />page 11, the developer money came from the New Cities Development Sycamore <br />Heights Project and the remaining $500,000 came from the $2.4 million allocated from <br />the in-lieu parking fee transfer. She noted that the money that was not allocated to the <br />Bypass Road went back into the General Fund to repay the golf course loan. <br />The Commission accepted Ms. Kawaihu's revisions to the minutes. <br />The minutes were approved as corrected. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO <br />ADDRESS THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS <br />NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA. <br />There were none. <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Iserson advised that Item 6.b. would be continued to the March 24, 2004, meeting. <br />He noted that all of the applicants were out of town to attend an industry convention.
