,_ THE CITY OF <br />~p 1~ 111 1 111 'iilii ~I~ <br />PL~£~S~4NTONm <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />APPROVED <br />Wednesday, March 10, 2004 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of March 10, 2004, was called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />by Chairperson Roberts. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner; Lynn Tracy Nerland, <br />Assistant City Attorney; Wes Jost, Development Services <br />Manager, and Cory Emberson, Recording Secretary. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Brian Arkin, Anne Fox, Harvey Kameny, <br />Trish Maas, Mary Roberts, and Matt Sullivan. <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. February 25, 2004. <br />Commissioner Sullivan advised that the first sentence of Vanessa Kawaihu's comments <br />on paragraph 7 of page I 1 should be modified to read as follows: "Vanessa Kawaihu, <br />871 Sycamore Road, noted that she disagreed with the $1,000,000 figure shown under the <br />Capital Improvement Street Project Summazy for the Happy Valley Bypass Road." <br />Commissioner Sullivan advised that the first motion on page 12 should be changed to <br />read as follows: "The project would return to the Energy Committee for its <br />recommendation and ultimately brought before the City Council ." <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES March 10, 2004 Page 1 of 10 <br />
