She noted that research showed that when <br />Kohl's and Wa1Mart were co-located on a site, most of the WalMarts did have substantial <br />grocery departments. <br />325 Rav Street Project <br />Commissioner Fox expressed concern about the packet prepazed for the Ray Street <br />_ development for the City Council.
