APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. February 11, 2004. <br />Commissioner Fox advised that on pazagraph 6 on page 11 should be changed to read as <br />follows: "Commissioner Kameny inquired whether the concern was whether people <br />would shop exclusively at Wa1Mart and abandon Safeway, Albertson's, and the smaller <br />grocery stores. Commissioner Fox replied that it was.
