THE CITY OF <br />j~L£~S~4NTONo <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />Wednesday, February 11, 2004 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />APPROVED <br />The Planning Commission meeting of February 11, 2004, was called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />by Chairperson Roberts. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner; Lynn Tracy Nerland, <br />Assistant City Attorney; Wes Jost, Development Services <br />Manager, and Cory Emberson, Recording Secretary. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Brian Arkin, Anne Fox, Harvey Kameny, <br />Trish Maas, Mary Roberts, Matt Sullivan. <br />Commissioner Brian Arkin arrived late. <br />Commissioners Absent: None. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. January 28, 2004. <br />Commissioner Sullivan advised that the last sentence of the last pazagraph on page 12 <br />should be changed to read as follows: "At this point, he could not support the use at all <br />due to traffic concerns and visibility at the gateway." <br />Chairperson Roberts advised that the 4`h sentence of pazagraph 1 on page 13 should be <br />modified to read as follows: "She would like to see U-turns prohibited on Bernal Avenue <br />" at Utah Street to discourage cut-through traffic." <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES February 11, 2004 Page 1 of 19 <br />
