ORDINANCE N0. 23~___ <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE DEOLARING THE INTENTION TO <br /> VACATE AN EASEMENT FOR SEWER RIGHT-OF-WAY <br /> <br /> The City Council of the Town of Pleasanton does <br /> <br />ordain as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 15 The City Council of the Town of Pleasanton, a municipa <br />corporation of the sixth class located in the County of Alameda, <br />State of California, by and on its own motion of the City Council <br />of the Town of Pleasanton, does by this ordinance declare its <br />inter~ion to vacate that certain easement for the purposes of a <br />sewer, and does hereby propose vacation of said sewer easement <br />located on Lot 1 of Block 3 of Tract 1284, in the Town of Pleasant n, <br />and more patti cularly described as follows X <br /> <br /> The eastern 5 feet, right angle measurement, of Lot 1 <br /> in Block 3 of Tract 1284, according to the map thereof, <br /> filed January 14, 1954 in the office of the County <br /> Recorder of Alameda County and of record in Map Book <br /> 34, page 21, <br /> <br />SECTION 2: Reference is hereby made to the map or plan on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk of the 'Town of Pleasanton for <br />particulars as to the proposed vacation, <br /> <br />SE_OTION 35 The City Council hereby elects to proceed in vacating <br />the above described easement under Article 5, Chapter 2~ Part 1, <br />Division 1, Title 5, of the Government Code of the State of <br />California, cited as the Public Service Easements Vacation Law, <br />Section 50~30 et seq, Government Code of the State of California. <br />SECTION ~ NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on //~-.~'~u,I/~.~_f__, the <br /> /.~..~'a J~/J~'['~; ;~__. 195~. at the hour of (8 00) <br /> _..~..__ day of .... ght : <br /> <br />o xClock P, M, of s'~id day, at and in the Council Chamber of the <br />City Council of the Town of Pleasanton, located in the City Hall oT <br />the Town of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, b,i, <br /> <br /> <br />
