Michael Poellot Golf Design Group - Golf Course Construction Support <br /> <br />J. Michael Poellot Golf Design Group (JMP) is the designer of the golf course, <br />Contract Number C-01-123. This amendment to their contract with the City <br />provides for additional construction support services due to the extended <br />construction schedule to assure compliance with the design intent with regard to <br />golf course layout. In addition, a portion of this contract amendment will be <br />allocated to claims resolution support anticipated to be needed at the completion <br />of the project. <br /> <br />The requested contract revision for golf course construction support services is <br />for an amount not-to-exceed $125,000. <br /> <br />Lowney & Associates - Geotechnicai Services <br /> <br />During construction of the golf course, Lowney & Associates has provided <br />geotechnical support services for on-site and off-site improvements including <br />water and sanitary sewer systems, mass grading and irrigation pond <br />improvements, Alisal Street improvements, and the construction of golf course <br />bridges as called for in the plans. Construction support has included attendance <br />at various construction meetings, construction observation visits and reports, <br />response to contractor's requests for information (RFI's), and evaluation of site <br />conditions during construction. A detailed scope of services is attached as <br />Exhibit E. <br /> <br />Currently, Lowney & Associates is in contract with the City to provide <br />geotechnical engineering design services for off-site and on-site improvements, <br />Contract No. C-01-127. The requested contract amendment for additional golf <br />course construction support services due to design revisions and City initiated <br />changes is an amount not to exceed $25,000. <br /> <br />Balance Hydrologics - Environmental Services <br /> <br />During construction of the golf course, Balance Hydrologics has responded, as <br />needed, to review the work related to creek restoration and relocation as called <br />for in the plans. Currently, Balance Hydrologics, Inc. is in contract with the <br />City to provide design services for creek restoration and relocation, Contract <br />No. C-01-131. That contract will be amended to include construction services <br />and mitigation monitoring for an amount not to exceed $30,000. <br /> <br /> <br />
