I <br />ATTACHMENTA <br />CONSULTANT SERVICE AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />Due to the extended construction schedule, as well as design modifications and <br />City initiated additional work, some of the consultant contracts must be further <br />amended to provide the required construction support. <br /> <br />The following list itemizes the additional consultant support necessary to complete <br />the project. <br /> <br />· Heinbuch Golf, LLC - Construction Management and Inspection Services <br /> <br />During construction of the golf course, Heinbuch Golf, LLC has provided <br />construction management and inspection services, acting as construction project <br />manager and performing all Resident Engineering functions. Currently, <br />Heinbuch Golf, LLC is in contract with the City to provide oversight of <br />construction for golf course and open space development, Contract No. CM-01- <br />075. That contract will be amended due to the extended construction schedule <br />to include additional construction management and inspection services. <br /> <br />In addition to construction management services, Heinbuch Golf, LLC will <br />provide specialized inspection services for project infrastructure as well as full <br />time biological monitoring during construction. <br /> <br />Services provided by Heinbuch Golf include the following: <br /> <br />Construction Management and Construction Inspection <br /> Golf Course and Open Space Project <br />Claims Resolution Support <br />For a total amount not to exceed <br /> <br />$300,000 <br />$50,000 <br />$350,000 <br /> <br />· Creegan + D'Angelo - Civil Engineering Services and Construction <br /> Staking <br /> <br />During construction of the golf course, Creegan + D'Angelo (C&D) has <br />provided construction administration and construction staking for on-site and <br />off-site improvements as called for in the approved plans. <br /> <br />Currently, C&D is in contract with the City to provide civil engineering design <br />services for off-site improvements, Contract No. C-01-120. During the course <br />of that design effort, revisions had been made to the original scope of services <br />and previously approved contract amendments to perform additional design <br /> <br /> <br />
