Additionally, the properties adjacent to San Carlos <br />should not be able to have a solid fence right on the <br />fence line. Right now the Bozorgzad's have ~ massive <br />fence that overwhelms our neighborhood and blocks the <br />view even more. This is not right. <br /> <br />Finally, the homes should be place closer to the <br />fronts of the property, away from San Carlos. The <br />Bozorgzad's house is right on the back of the <br />property, basically in our neighborhood. <br /> <br />I feel that our neighborhood was not considered at all <br />in the approval of the Bozorgzad's property.
