1t2. <br /> <br />83. <br /> <br />84. <br /> <br />85. <br /> <br />A maintenance agreement for Lots//2,//3, and #4 for the private shared <br />improvements shall be submitted to the City Attorney for review and approval <br />prior to recordation of the parcel map. The maintenance agreement shall allow for <br />the possible addition of new lots from the Bach property that may the shared <br />private improvements. <br /> <br />The new lots shall become part of the North Sycamore Specific Plan maintenance <br />association and are required to pay their pro-rata shara of maintenance cost for the <br />shared improvements. As part of this association} the association shall be <br />responsible for the maintenance of the pedestrian connection to San Carlos Way. <br /> <br />During the design of the grading plans for the individual lots, all grading shall bc <br />designed in such a manner that all drainage in contained within the individual lots <br />and transported to the approved storm drain system. <br /> <br />The applicant shall explore the ability to combine the area between the eastern <br />property line of Lot #1 and Sycamore Road prior to approval of the parcel map. <br /> <br />PUD-99-02 City Council - Conditions of Approval Page 15 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
