Proposed Modifications to Conditions of Approval <br /> <br />Condition 23. Add Subsection d. to read: <br /> <br /> "d. The pedestrian path between San Carlos Way and Sycamore Terrace shall be <br />redesigned to protect the privacy of 6056 Sycamore Terrace as follows: <br /> 1. Move the pedestrian path three feet (3') west on the front (south) one- <br />half of the lot line between Lot 4 and 6056 Sycamore Terrace (approximately 240 square <br />feet). <br /> 2. Install a six foot solid wall on the property line between the pedestrian <br />path and 6056 Sycamore Terrace. Height of the wall shall be measured from the grade <br />elevation of 6056 Sycamore Terrace. <br /> 3. Move the existing City water line to the center of the pedestrian path as <br />necessary to accommodate the solid wall. <br /> 4. Process a lot line adjustment/map modification to put lot line at eastern <br />edge of pedestrian path (equal land exchange). <br /> <br />Add Condition 77. At the time the final parcel map is filed, the project developer shall <br />reimburse owner of 6056 Sycamore Terrace for one-half of the cost of installation of <br />Sycamore Terrace road and its pedestrian path. Developer shall receive a credit equal to <br />one-half of the cost of installing the pedestrian path between San Carlos Way and <br />Sycamore Terrace and for sums previously paid toward the installation of Sycamore <br />Terrace. <br /> <br /> <br />
