Section 2. The City Council of the Town of Plesssnton does hereby order submission to, and there is hereby submitted to the qualified electors of the Town of Pleasanton at said special municipal election the said Proposition A and the said Proposition B set forth in Section 1 of this Ordinance, and designates and refers to said Proposition A and to said Pro[~osition B in the fore of bal lot hereinafter prescribed for the ballot to be used at said special municipal election. Section 3. The polls of the polling place hereinafter desig- nated for said special municipal election shall be opened st seven o'clock A.M. of said day of said special municipal election and shall remain open continuously from said time until said seven o'clock P.M. of said day, when the polls will be closed (except as provided in Section 5734 of the Election Code), and the election officers shall thereupon proceed to canvas~ the ballots cast thereat. Section 4. Said special municipal election shall be held and conducted and the votes cast thereat, counted and canvassed and the returns the~~eof made and the results ascertained and determined as h~:;rein provided, and in sli particulars not prescribed by this Ordinance, such special municipal election shall be held as provided. by ls.w for holfiing municipal elections in cities or towns of the sixth class.
