ORDINANCE NO. 227 <br /> <br /> Ai~ ORDINANC~ CAL!'~ING AND PROVIDING FOR A ~PECIAL <br /> MUNICIPAL ELECTION IN THE TOWN OF PLEASANTON AND TO <br /> S"OBMI~ TO THE UALIFIED ELECTO S RAIDING IN'THE TO~N~ <br /> OF PL~A~.sAiqTON ?hE PROPOSITIONSRASRIN THIS ORDINANCE S~T <br />FORTH AiQD DE~IC~ATED AS PROPOSITION A AND PROPOSITION B <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Pleasanton, a <br />municipal corporation of the sixth class, in the County of <br />Alameda, State of California, does determine and hereby finds <br />that before said City Council of the Town of Pleasanton concurs <br />with, and as a pert of proceedings related to zones to be taken <br />and had in Section l l of Chapter 1275 of the statutes and <br />amendments to the codes Californie 1949, which act is known as md <br />is cited as the Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservaticn <br />District Act, that the said question of such concurrence should be <br />submitted to the vote of the qualified electors residing in the <br />Town of Pleasanton included in the zone mentioned, specified and <br />referred to in said Prooosition A in this Ordinance hereinsfter <br />set forth, and the City Council of the Town of Pleasanton also <br />hereby finds and determines that before ordering the doing of <br />the acts and things mentioned and specified in Proposition B, <br />hereinafter in this Ordinance set forth, said proposition, as' <br />stated and specified in said Proposition B, hipreinafter in this <br />Ordinance specified and said forth, should be submitted to the <br />qualified electors of the To~m of Plessanton. <br /> <br /> i~OW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Plessanton <br />does ordain as fol lows: <br /> <br /> Section 1.
