The proposed six inch (6") sanitary sewer main shall be connected to the existing sewer <br />main located in Del V aile Parkway with a manhole. The existing eight inch (8") sewer <br />main in Del Valle Parkway east of the manhole shall be plugged and the existing main <br />shall be abandoned per City Standards. The design(s) for this work shall be shown on the <br />improvement plans for review and approval by the City Engineer prior to recordation of <br />the final map. <br /> <br />10. The proposed storm drain connection to the existing thirty inch (30") storm drain line <br />shall be relocated to the top of bank. A twelve foot (12' 0") wide all-weather access shall <br />be provided to this manhole connection. The design(s) for this work shall be shown on <br />the improvement plan for review and approval by the City Engineer prior to recordation <br />of the final map. <br /> <br />11. A special foundation system shall be used for the unit located on Lot No. 11 that will <br />support this unit if the arroyo bank should fail. The design of this foundation system <br />shall be submitted to the building official for review and approval prior to issuance ofthe <br />building permits for this unit. <br /> <br />12. No fencing shall be allowed within the public service easement adjacent to the private <br />streets. A fencing plan shall be provided to the Planning Director for review and <br />approval prior to recordation ofthe final map. <br /> <br />13. All work to be done within the Arroyo Del Valle requires an encroachment permit issued <br />by the Alameda Water Quality and Flood Control District Zone 7 and a streambed <br />alteration permit issued by the California State Department ofFish and Game.
