<br />Resolution No. PC-96-98 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />10. The existing utilities stubbed to the site shall be abandoned to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />11. The typical street section shall be modified as follows: <br />a. The street section shall include vertical curbs; <br />b. Where the sidewalk is monolithic to the back of curb, the PSE shall be widen to <br />five feet behind the sidewalk, to allow public utilities to be installed behind the <br />sidewalk. In other areas where there is no sidewalk the five foot easement shall be <br />measured from the back of curb. <br />c. All streets shall be posted "No Parking" the exact location and type of signs shall <br />be approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />12. The developer shall install a catch basin at the proposed southeast curb return on Santa <br />Rita Road. <br /> <br />13. The developer shall loop the water system within the development, unless otherwise <br />approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />14. The sanitary sewer tie-in on Santa Rita Road shall be reviewed and approved by the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />15. The property lines for Units #22 through #26 shall terminate at the soundwall. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
