<br />Resolution No. PC-96-85 <br />Page 11 <br /> <br />39. A sanitary sewer sampling manhole shall be provided on each of the sanitary sewer lat- <br />eral from each building, unless otherwise waived by the Director of Building Inspection. <br /> <br />40. Building and situs plans are to be submitted to the Building Department on computer disk <br />in a format approved by the Director. Digitized information shall be submitted before re- <br />questing a final inspection and should reflect as-built situs and architectural information <br />as approved by the Director. <br /> <br />Construction Requirements: <br /> <br />41. All site improvements and house construction activities shall be limited to the hours of <br />8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. All construction equipment must meet <br />DMV noise standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />42. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br />sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the <br />site at the end of each work day. <br /> <br />43. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />44. If archeological materials are uncovered during grading, trenching, or other on-site exca- <br />vation, all work on site shall be stopped and the City immediately notified. The county <br />coroner and the Native American Heritage Commission shall also be notified and proce- <br />dures followed as required in Appendix "K" of the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA). A similar note shall appear on the improvement plans. <br /> <br />45. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from existing <br />residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. <br /> <br />Fire Department Requirements: <br /> <br />46. The developer shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Pleasanton Mu- <br />nicipal Code, Chapter 20.24). <br /> <br />47. The developer shall keep the site free of fire hazards from the start of lumber construction <br />until the final inspection. <br />
