FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />The project cost is estimated at $ 3,000,000. This project is fully funded in the City's Capital <br />Improvement Program (CIP) for construction in 2005-2006. An additional allocation of $5,000 <br />would be required for the public restroom.
