ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Commissioners Geoff Cooper, Jack Dove, Harry Lutz, Harold <br />McGuirk, Robert Wright and Chair Debra Barker <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner; Brian Swift, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development; Dennis Beougher, Assistant City Attorney; <br />Roger Higdon, Assistant Director of Public Works; and Terri <br />Czapinski, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The Minutes from the November 6, 1996, meeting were approved as written. <br /> <br />3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br /> <br />Angelina Summers, 4750 Sutter Gate Avenue, asked what the Planning Commission could do to have <br />the businesses fronting Stoneridge Drive, which do not have right turn deceleration lanes, install <br />deceleration lanes. Drivers must reduce their speed by approximately 30 mph when someone makes <br />a right-hand turn from Stoneridge into a parking lot driveway. The properties she specifically cited <br />are the PeopleSofi Building and the Boehringer Mannheim complex which is still under construction. <br />Roger Higdon will bring this COmment to the attention of the Traffic Department. It was noted that <br />there is a traffic committee whose meetings are open to the public. <br /> <br />~ REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson advised the Commission that Item 6e., PUD-96-10, Ponderosa Homes, was continued <br />to December 11, 1996. <br />
